Madina is originally from Kilimanjaro,Tanzania. She started here Education journey at Mwowe Primary School from (1999 to 2005), as she passed her National Examination and be selected to join Nangwa Secondary School in Manyara Region from (2006 to 2009 ) were she passes her National Examination and be selected to join Engutoto Secondary School in Arusha Region for her Advance Level Education where she based on Arts Subjects as the combination she studied was (HGL) History ,Geography and English Language from (2010 to 2012) as she completed and passed her National Examination and she was selected to join University and obtained her Bachelor Degree of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from University Dar es Salaam in Tanzania in 20015.
Upon her completion of her first degree she started hunting for the job and started working with Jami’s min Supermarket from June 2017 up to June 2018 as a Cashier, for the two months July and August 2018 she decided to volunteer with Raleigh International Tanzania on community project where she was able to dedicate here time in educating the community and teaching primary school student about WASH under Water Sanitation and Hygiene Project which was conducted by Raleigh International Tanzania in rural areas of Morogoro and Dodoma Region in Tanzania and after the completion of the project Madina together with her fellow In country and International volunteers from Newcastle University went to a leadership trek in Iringa rural areas.
From September 2018 to April 2019 Madina decided to volunteer with a Local Youth Lead NGO called Tengeneza Generation (TEG) in Morogoro Region in Tanzania where she was a Project Officer who was managing Tupendane project. From May 2019 to April 2020 she worked as a Human Resources officer where she was able to show her Administration and Human resources professional. From July 2020 to November 2020 she started to work as a Project Coordinator at Maasai Conservational Fund where she was coordinating one Program and two project such as permaculture project, Construction of EcoVillage Center project and Education program. As her contract ended she decided to work as a Virtual Intern at Al Huda CIBE Centre of Islamic Banking and Economics for two month’s from January 2021 to March 2021.
In 2021 Madina joined Africa Health Organization(AHO) in Tanzania as a Grants writer and Project Officer
