Kumari Ezigwe

Gender Equality Policy and Strategy

My name is Kumari, I am a prospective International Social and Public Policy MSc student at LSE. I graduated in Politics from King’s College London in 2019. I am particularly interested in women’s rights issues and advocating for women that exist at the intersection of poverty, racism and sexism. Disparity has continued to significantly threaten the stability of our world and contributing to bridging gaps between people is my main priority. Both my academic and professional objective is to contribute to dismantling globally ingrained inequality structures and institutions that serve to perpetuate these structures, by creating sustainable solutions through research and policy.

I am excited to be the joining the AHO and supporting their mission to provide sustainable healthcare systems for Women and girls in Africa.
