Jian Liang
Policy and Research
My name is Jian Liang and I am a Policy and Research Volunteer. I have graduated from Barts and The London (Queen Mary University) in Global Health BSc. My interest in health stems from my degree where I learnt about Communicable and Noncommunicable Diseases. During my time at university, I had the opportunity to travel to Honduras in which I was to give medical care and consultation to the people in the area.
I have worked with an environmental NGO in which I have helped with the outreach programmes and events. Recently, I have been volunteering with the NHS during the Covid19 Pandemic.
I am excited to apply my research and statistics experience to inform Policy and Research at the AHO. The Africa Health Organisation appears as an inspiring organisation that works towards personal and global importances.
