Helena Brazal Monzó
Policy and Research
My name is Helena. I am from Spain but moved to the UK in 2015 to study Biotechnology at the University of Surrey. I am currently working in a market access consultancy whose mission is to improve clinical practices and plan strategies to support the entry of new medicines in the UK and globally. My experience has provided me with biological and economic knowledge needed to understand the main barrier preventing disease eradication worldwide. I am interested in neglected tropical disease, especially the unmet need to implement health policies which would mitigate their burden in endemic areas.
