George Todd

Research Officer

I’m George and I’m a strategy consultant in London with a background in biomedical engineering. Graduating in 2019 from Oxford University, I specialised in bioinformatics, MedTech and machine learning. In previous work I’ve focused on digital biomarkers in Schizophrenia, assessing the utility of geolocation data as a pathway for clinicians to monitor mental wellbeing.

As a Research Officer with the AHO, I will leverage my professional and technical experience to deliver research promoting health equity for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities. I’m interested in using data to understand the social determinants of health and improve health outcomes. Likely research areas include COVID-19, poverty, cardiovascular diseases, housing, maternal health and FGM.
