Elvis Chaba Beya

Central Africa Representative and Youth Affairs

My name is Elvis Chaba Beya from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). My current job is working in Mental Health Act Assessment at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. I face the challenges of taking part in on going assessments with Multi-disciplinary team. I assess, plan, deliver and evaluate patients’ needs at Section 136 suite of the mental health in conjunction with other registered Professionals. I enjoy acting with integrity, in line with the values and ethical standards of what team work should be. I take ownership for resolving problems, demonstrating courage and resilience in dealing with difficulties of each situation. I have always decided to act on my own initiative to address issues, showing a strong work ethic and demonstrating extra effort. I work co-operatively with others to get things done, willingly giving help and support to colleagues. I am the Founder of Norfolk Congolese Association (NOCA). I have experience in filming. I represent Central Africa’s interest on the AHO Board of Trustees and Youth Affairs.
