I am a confident, experienced and compassionate Independent Professional Social Worker, AMHP & Social Supervisor who believes in positive outcomes for all situations. I work well with people, as a Human Resource professional, a coach, trainer, project manager and practitioner. I believe my Social Work skills and experiences are transferable to suit the demands of any Social Care role, but I am confident that I have the ability to lead services, to lead teams and to pursue organisational strategic objectives. I am a qualified social worker with over 15 years of experience in providing high quality care and support to people who are socially excluded or who are experiencing problems in their lives as well as those with MOJ restrictions. Having a consistent track record of working successfully with individuals, families or groups, all within a variety of settings as well as internationally, I also possess an in-depth understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures required in the field of Social Care and Health. While working in the United Kingdom I have practiced across five localities in various social care disciplines including Older People, Mental Health, Forensic Services and management to demonstrate my adaptability to change and to systems. I am the Chair of the Board of Directors and represent mental health issues on the board.
